24.12 | week 29

I posted a picture of the like last week on Instagram and used three of bump and I instead of two. I must have thought that I shared that picture on here too since I just noticed I didn't post it. Just two days ago I entered the anticipated 30 week mark and I am a little anxious and in disbelief that the baby will be here so soon!
