#a good day

I posted earlier about what a good family morning we had.

Truthfully, it was a good day. I didn't feel worried or anxious.

We thrifted in the morning and got some pretty cool deals. Papa found some clothes, I found myself books, I found books for the babies, and an overall for the little misses.

We then drove home and decided on donuts for breakfast would be good and so there we went across the street. We met a really cool older man whose middle name was McDonald. He shared his story with us and we loved it. We then met another friendly man named... Err... I forgot but I won't forget his face!

Next, we visited my mother-in-law and ordered some tamales for this weekend from her co-worker. I. Am. So. Excited.

The boys came home to nap.

I woke them up because I was clearly ready for my promised burger! We tried out five guys and I must admit publicly, I liked it. Yup. Over in-n-out which Jesus doesn't understand.

We came home and each did our thing (Jesus played mw3, David roamed from here and there, and I cleaned up our room a little bit). I had some company and plenty of talking down with my sister-in-law. We wrapped up their visit with all the boys making a 6 minute video of them dancing on the bed. It was amazing. Jesus, David, and Milo, you guys are awesome.

Finally, the three of us watched a documentary on Netflix about the Sea Shepard. Check that out if you're all for the whales!

In a nutshell. I had a great day with my family. We went about the day completely out of our "norm" and I think that's what made it a great day for me.

Tomorrow our schedule changes due to Jesus returning to school (woo!) which means d and I are on our own.

p.s. yesterday I was tricked into going to the hospital because I thought my water might have ruptured. Obviously it was a fake. Tonight though, these contractions have been getting closer and stronger. I feel like I might cry from how nervous I'm getting.
