The Morning You Became A Big Sister

You were a calm sweet thing up before your big brother, as usual. I never expected you to respond the way you have to your big sister role. You have become a little mommy by running to your baby's every need.

You're there during his diaper changes handing me a diaper or wipes and definitely saying 'ew' and making gross faces.

You lay down with him and sometimes even roll him towards you and have considered giving him boob. I saw it in your eyes, you nearly lifted your shirt, haha.

During baby's first bath, you were curious and nearly pushed David off the chair that you were both sharing in order to have a better view.

You being him toys, that both do and don't belong to you, mainly cars, because in your mind it's probably what he would like.

You try reading to him and push his head in the direction the pictures are in so he can see.

If he cries an we don't hear him, you yell out and point out 'bebee' and nearly make us run.

A big sister like you, any kid is lucky to have.
