A Long Post With A Goal

I am the person that usually, does not follow through with what I say.

For example, posting pictures.
No matter what, I fail.

I have been thinking about my camera lately. How expensive it was. What a surprise it was to receive it for my birthday. I was completely surprised to have received it on my birthday. Like, really surprised (which is why I just repeated myself). How I had big plans on how to use it and invest in it. How I failed for over a year now. How it has just been sitting in my drawer untouched for months. Months! Something I wanted so badly and have not enjoyed to its fullest potential. How I could be using it everyday to record a little (or a lot) of something's about my kids, my husband, our work, our home, our life. Sometimes I wonder if anyone really enjoys anything, any one thing, to its fullest.

Today I took the big girl decision and pulled the camera out. I snapped pictures of Olivia dancing after I realized last night that she has hardly any pictures (especially compared to David). The light was perfect and her attitude was great, as always. She has no problem smiling and posing. Whereas David has the instinct to run behind the viewfinder.

Clearly, I have set a new goal.
And I would like to hold myself accountable for it.

Everyday.

Currently, I am having trouble uploading my pictures. So I have decided that it would be wise to edit and upload pictures that are just sitting on the iPad. Here's the first bunch.

That vase can hide a couple things if it is within his reach...
Oh, here comes little sister... Taking toys before brother snatches them back.
"Monkey see, monkey do."
Hello? I think I see something...

Most of this was very entertaining to observe. Okay, it all was. They each have become interesting little people. His curiosity and "I can do it myself!" behavior are here everyday. And the little lady lover there, well, she wanders and tries to fit things into openings just like she saw her brother do this.

Seeing pictures of other people's kids may not be entertaining for most... Okay, let's face it: Moms will probably be the only ones that can stare at a million pictures of their kid and won't delete many (hence, why I am at full capacity on my camera and iPad) because we just love them so and we think everything they do is too great and must be recorded! (I can't breathe after typing that and I didn't say a single word out loud #runonsentencealert)

I will continue to post pictures because one, no one besides me reads or looks at this 'blog' and two, I have mo laptop at the moment (details later) and I need to move pictures around so I can store new ones and three, because I feel like it.
