#house cleaning

Our house has been upside down for days now. Slowly but surely I've been making an effort to get rid of the old and make room for whatever new we might be blessed with. In the meantime, I appreciate the clean room and extra space. Now that its cleaner, that is.

The walk-in closet is nearly done with. I got all of our clothes organized and I made a pile of things that just have to go. I only need to tackle a shelf of 'work' things (paper, tapes, books, notebooks, pens, those sort of things) on my side and that tiny hectic-no-more room will be done.

What was killing me though, was that while I was in bed, the mess on top of the dresser was just screaming at me. That was the main thing I did in our bedroom today. For some unknown reason, this took foooorever. But definitely worth it.

p.s. I stole this lovely candle from my mom and I savor the smell. Baby and I like it, a lot.
