Very rarely, do I receive flowers. My mother-in-law has given me quite a few recently and I treasure my flowers. I usually put them up on display on the kitchen table or in our living room. This time, since I received them for Mother's Day last week, I set them in our bedroom. The little owl was given to me by the kids, around Easter (I picked it out for myself with their Easter money from grandma, thanks mom!). Both make me happy and I have wanted absolutely no clutter on top of my dresser because of these two beauties.
When I have my own personal little income, I would like to gift myself some flowers to be put around the house or in my little owl vase. What I would really like though, is to get some for this little girl too. I want her to grow up with some flowers so she can hopefully appreciate them and feel as special as I do when I receive some. Now, should I give some to my little boy to or should I just buy him little potted trees?
